Yet another reason to love Katy Perry–she digs art. Or at least someone on her design team does. Check out Katy Perry’s cover art for her new album Teenage Dream. The cover was painted by Contemporary American artist Will Cotton. The pop star was present for the unveiling in the artist’s Lower East Side, Manhattan studio last week (July 21).
Will Cotton’s influence on Katy’s new project doesn’t stop there. If you haven’t already, take a look at the diabetic’s nightmare that is the candy filled sugary video for Katy’s smash single “California Gurls.” All in a good way though.
