Swedish House Mafia‘s music video for their Pharrell assisted single “One (Your Name)” is this decade’s “Smack My Bitch Up.” The video starts with simple images of a futuristic midi keyboard on all white. The scene turns dark quick and juxtaposes previous lighter images with ruancy images of sex, debauchery and death. All with a sugary soundtrack of a hooky Pharrell Williams song. Pharrell should think of making a full on dance album. His previous dance collaborations with Christian Rich and Paul Oakenfeld have been stronger than his solo work.
