Big Boi’s recent fundraiser this past Saturday(June 17) at Mason Murer Gallery in the midtown area of Atlanta featured art pieces by Janelle Monae, Mayor of Atlanta Kasim Reed, & more.

Just wanted to fill everyone in on the art I’m creating. Atlanta, there are a couple of amazing art shows coming up. Get ready. The first is “Super Pop!” opening Aug 5, and the second is “Extraordinary Machine Two.”

Check out these new/old pieces I did for Art Nouveau Magazine’s “Super Pop” art show at Wm Turner Gallery. It’s a pop art inspired show so I used my piece of Miss Janelle Monae.

2010 has been a good year in terms of music. Gil Scott-Heron, Drake, Janelle Monae all dropped albums already. Not to mention this Summer we can expect hot stuff from M.I.A., The Dream and more.
