Kelly Towles recorded the entire process from start to finish of his latest mural in his hometown of Washington DC. The short film by Sebastien Tobler documents Kelly as he re-explores his neighborhood with a wide eye outlook that can only be compared to a child. This is no doubt inspiration from his daughter Isabella, the star of the film. Take a look at this video entitled “SCOUT” below.
