You may know Pharrell Williams, front-man for N*E*R*D and one half of super-producers The Neptunes mainly for his contributions to pop music. But, with a successful clothing line and ventures in the furniture design world Pharrell is proving he’s also a great designer.
Celebrity designers are everywhere. There are a slew of celebrities turned designers but, at least Pharrell is taking an artistic approach. His “Tank Chair,” made of Plexiglas and leather was displayed at the Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin at Design Miami in December of 2009.
