Roy Litchtenstein Inspires Matt Bilfield

Graphic Designer Matt Bilfield taught himself all he knows about the field and made a career out of it. Matt creates these really interesting television graphics where the vantage point dictates the image in an effort to engage the viewer. Mission accomplished. I’m engaged. His most famous piece, the 7 foot by 3 foot “Peggy,” was constructed over the course of five months. The piece was hand cut, sanded, painted by Matt and is based on Roy Litchenstein’s piece “M-maybe.” Check out more of his work below.
