Artist of the Week: Fahamu Pecou

By: Kendrick Daye

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again Atlanta based painter Fahamu Pecou is the shit. He’s tackled subjects like America’s obsession with President Obama and his wife Michelle Fahamu and media’s coverage of black men in his larger than life paintings. Fahamu is www.An-Mag.com’s Artist of the Week. Check out his work below.
